Orders & Shipping


When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 weeks of purchase (mon-fri)
     Orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Service. Please allow for postal delays particularly during busy periods.

Keep an eye on the website/social media for updates. Please send any enquiries via email or the contact form, quoting your order reference.

 

Do you ship worldwide?
At this time, I am only shipping within the UK.

Can I change my address?
If you realise any of your details are incorrect please DM or email me as soon as you notice. Prior to dispatch, we can cancel your order and you can re-order using the correct address, but if you notice once it’s been dispatched unfortunately it is out of my control.
     I will not be able to refund an order if it’s been lost due to an incorrect address, but if it finds its way back to me I am more than happy to have it delivered to the correct address.


Orders as Gifts

  • If you are ordering for a special occasion, please order as early as possible, but feel free to put the date in your order notes and I will do my best to prioritise your order where possible.
  • If you would like a gift note added to your order, please specify in the order notes and I will add a handwritten note!
  • If you would like your order gift wrapped, please let me know in the order notes! This comes at no additional charge. Gift wrapping includes tissue paper and twine, and a gift tag.

Commissions, Customs,  & Collaborations

Do you take commissions?
Yes!
     If you'd like to enquire about a commission / customised or personalised product please get in touch via DM, email, or the website contact form.

Any/all questions regarding customs and commissions are more than welcome so don't be shy!


Can I Request Different Sizes, Colours, Styles, etc?
Absolutely.
     If you see a product you like whether that be a tee, tote, sweatshirt or hoodie, or even a mug but you would prefer a different size/colour/style then please send an email or contact me via social media and I can try my best to accommodate that for you.
     There usually won't be a difference in fee, however, in some circumstances you may see a small increase in the price due to having to order it in or the blank item being a higher cost to order in, etc. This will however be confirmed with you prior to me making that amendment.


Can Your Designs Be Used on Your Other Products?
Most of the time, the designs are able to be put on other products.
     For example, if you see a tote bag design, that can usually also go on a t-shirt, jumper, or hoodie, etc. Art Prints can usually be made into stickers, and can be made available in different sizes upon request. Mug decals can often be used on a glass, bottle, or as a decal for a car or mirror, etc.

So, if you feel inspired by one of the designs and would like it on something else, once again send me a message and I can help you with that!


Do you collaborate with other small businesses?
I'd love to collaborate!
     If you have a collaboration idea or would like to stock haunted willow co. products in your store, i'd love to consider a collaboration.

If you are a blogger/influencer with a collaboration idea, please feel free to get in touch via our Contact Form, Email, or Socials to discuss.

 As a small business, I do have to be mindful of collaborations I can accept, but I am always willing to consider!



Sustainability & The Environment


Is your packaging eco-friendly?
The majority of my packaging is re-used, which is why your order may turn up in a box from another company, however I do try and use the plainest box I can find. I thought for a long time about whether I would like to use aesthetically pleasing new boxes or have a slightly less pretty box which is much better for the environment, and ultimately chose the planet over pretty.

I try not to use plastic packaging where possible, but please know that any plastic in your orders such as bubble wrap, air pouches, etc are all reused! If you would prefer to receive orders with paper or card packaging, just leave a note at check out to ask for a plastic free order and I will try to accommodate this as best I can. For breakable items, you may still see bubble wrap in your order.


How is Haunted Willow Co. Sustainable/Eco-Friendly?

  • Where possible, I source products that are organic or made from recycled materials and all products are packaged in reused or recyclable packaging
  • Products are handmade-to-order to reduce waste.
  • Art prints are printed on high quality paper which is of course recyclable.
  • All vinyl used is eco vinyl which means it is EN71 Certified, CPSIA Certified, Does not contain animal products, comes in a recyclable release liner and plastic free packaging.
  • Business Cards are printed on recycled cardstock and are recyclable.
  • Our Logo Stamp, from Get Stamped, is Eco-Friendly and Sustainable, using Vegan Ink, and every custom stamp purchased plants a tree.

Why is the item / size / colour I want sold out?
Due to the range of products I offer, it can be hard to list every single size, quantity, and colour variation of a product, or it may just be that I have run out of a particular size or material.
If you would like to order something but see that it is out of stock, just drop me a DM or an email and I’ll see what I can do for you.


Where do you get your products printed / made?
I print and make most of my products myself as opposed to getting them made by other companies - this is because it keeps the costs down for myself and you, and I enjoy the process of making things myself.

As I am the only person printing and making products, I do appreciate all the patience and understanding I get from customers in terms of shipping times, etc.

For this reason, all products are made by hand and made to order - and so there may be slight differences in positioning, colour (of prints), or sizing, however all orders are quality checked before they leave and would never be sent out with a huge difference to the design pictured!
