One of our favourite products here at Haunted Willow Co are of course our Suncatcher Window Stickers, but, you may be wondering… what actually are they? Well, wonder no more!
Here in this blog post, you’ll find out all about our Suncatchers, from what they are and what they do, to how easy they are to apply, remove, and re-use. So, just read on to find out more.
What are Suncatchers?
Suncatchers are essentially a transparent sticker with a holographic diffraction film, which, when applied to a window with enough direct sunlight, disperses that sunlight into colourful rainbows that appear around the room.
Although they may serve no true purpose other than looking pretty, that’s good enough for me! I find the rainbows to be a great source of light and happiness on a sunny day, so why not?
Are they removable & renter friendly?
Absolutely! They simply stick to your window with a little bit of water to help, and are so easy to just peel off and reapply. No need to worry about any sticky residue leftover.
Where can they be applied?
Any window with a good amount of direct sunlight is ideal for your suncatcher! They are a lovely addition to a kitchen, living room, bedroom, kids’ room, or your home office space.
How do I apply my Suncatcher?
Simply remove the backing film and apply the suncatcher to a clean window, using a small spritz of water to help it stick, and make sure that the window receives direct sunlight, and then just wait for the sun to shine!

What designs do you offer?
We started out with our Cottagecore collection, and introduced two new Harry Styles-inspired designs in June 2022, but we always have other designs in the works!
